Right well as you can see the new site is online and functioning properly, so I thought I'd look to writing one of the many free online tutorials. Just been playing with
a few options, and checking everything works properly. As you can see the template isn't quite finish yet, and the left menu really looks rather shit, but don't worry this is all to change soon (hopefully at the weekend), and it will be fully functinoal, and looking spectacular. In other news, at work I have been playing with the email function, as our old system used an outlook client whenever someone needed to contact us. I have been working to intergrate this into a seemless background transaction, which will be much nicer to the customer. Since doing this however, I have discovered just how easy it would be to commit email fraud. All you need do is enter a from address and senders name and you can literally be anyone. You can send an email from "Bill Gates" from the address " This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ", its literally that easy. Watch this space, as pretty soon I will be uploading a tutorial on how to do this, and a little form you can all fill in to send prank annonomous emails to your friends with. Just need to add some form of catacha phrase though, to prevent abuse. |
