Galaxy Tool for Ogame - Is it a cheat?

Ogame itself provides the user with a certain amount of things that are viewable. You can for example send espionage probes to any planet and find out exactly whats on it. However these reports are often discarded and never thought about again.

This is where galaxytool comes in. This is basically ogame, but with memory. Everytime you view a page the contents is sent back to galaxy tools database, and its not only that, but if other members of your alience look at pages, or espionage reports, or battle reports, that data is added too. Eventually you end up with a very comprehensive database of the universe, from which you can search for planets by resource levels, or defensive ability. Thus you can effectly pick out planets with large stashes of resources and no defence, within a close radius to you, and then just rack up the points!

 Surely this seems a bit too easy?
